Appraisals

Our appraisal process is quick, easy and fair. We evaluate each device based on its make, model, storage capacity, condition and demand. We take into account any cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, as well as any functional issues, such as a cracked screen or water damage. Our goal is to provide you with a fair and competitive quote for your device.

We always recommend that you back up your data and erase your device before transferring it to us, for security and privacy concerns.

Once your device has been appraised, we will send you a quote via email or SMS. You will have the option to accept or decline our offer. If you accept, we will provide you with payment and transfer options. If you decline, and we cannot reach an agreement, we will cancel the transaction no questions asked.
